First I need a spare ducktail, and my buddy needs a room to work with the poly.
Then he needs to produce one and then we can get a price for the labour.

Sorry mate already reserved those too for spares.
The ducktail is needed to make a mold of to reproduce fiberglass ducktail spoiler to put on the GP after respray.
So it will not rust there again.
Improving the OE Nissan design
Thanks for your answers though.
Hi guys
I am wondering how to remove the ducktail spoiler on the S12. I know this one on the junkyard in the UK and a member there is going to take it off me for.
Thanks
I havent taken any pics of the car lately .. only spend time on internet searching parts
I have emailed Datsport, hope they can provide what I need.
Yes I have found that locally.
Only looking for the Head gasket set. Zex took a closer look and cannot provide this item.
So anybody has got one let me know.
Bought the head gasket set from ZEX so I have all items now.

I have just ordered on ebay v-belt, zundverteilerkappe for very cheap price, OE.
Just bought the headgasket complete set and a rotor from the nissan dealership.
Rest isnt available so I am going to some local carshops to see what they can deliver.
This is Original from Nissan?
I will keep this in my mind thanks
Thanks guys
This one is the complete head gasket set? And the price is correct?
Because I asked my local nissandealer and he told me the price of total head gasket kit (with inlet and outlet manifold gaskets and valve stems) would be around 260euro.
Could you check your dealer please Niels?

Thanks for helping me out
I have send Zex a PN.
A local guy from the dutch nissanclub checked the availability of FJ20 parts I need at the Dutch Nissandealerships. There is only the distributor cap available. Nothing else
Could anybody on here be so kind to check the German Dealer if they can provide with the parts I need?
I would be very grateful
Well the FJ is a big block
Yes parts are very expensive I have noticed
Still dont get the Edis part
Think I will just go with stock OEM head gasket set, heard from some it will be good enough. If you have some extra intell please share
Hoping ZEX is getting in touch with me, sent him a PN.
thanks.
Mark
Tnx.
I have these pics of the sparkplug wires
I have noticed there are several cometic head gaskets, .9 till 1.2 mm thick?
Sparkplugs are cheap so I will get them from my local shop here.
Also I will be needing the in and outlet gasket as well as the valve seals.
Any suggestions where to get those aftermarket hoses? Ebay or local car shop?
What is full edis?
Dont think they have the FJ20 stuff on the site. I couldnt find it.
Maybe the CA18ET or CA20E are the some but I doubt it.
Uprated hoses should that be a option. Universal ones that could be placed instead?
New FJ20 hose is 66 euro at the dealer.
Hi guys
I am looking for some info and where to buy those items.
I have just called the Nissan dealer how much these parts cost.
- breech seal 13 euro
pic added
- hose that goes from the rear of the engine to the Oil filter housing 66 euro
pic added
- complete head gasket set FJ20e 261.80 euro
- spark plug wires 149 euro
- fan belt 2x 25 so 50 euro
All prices including tax. Total amount 539euro.
I am having some trouble finding these parts on ebay. Local carshop cant provide and the dealer is well.... good but expensive.
So looking for cheaper alternatives.
Anybody got any tips/links?
Let me know please.
Thanks
Mark
Yes I want to buy one new.
I was thinking about ordering some more because shipment price at rockauto is 20euro and the part cost also 20.
Maybe if some more need one or want one on reserve we can share the shipping costs?
Thanks guys
Silvia 64: Do you have any idea which cars I have to check for that? I remember that my previous car (nissan sunny N14) was different so I guess that one has a digital temp control then?
Nielssan: I also have a discount code from Rockauto, but thanks for the link.
Are there more S12 members needing one? I will order some more because the shipping is the same price as the resistance.
Or does anybody have a link to a local shop which offers them cheaper?
Or are also other Nissan heater resistance interchangeable. Like S13 or Z31 ones?
Thanks.
Hi guys
I am looking for an heater resistance for my S12 MK1. I have found on rockauto.com some but they are 20euro and 20 euro extra shipped. So does somebody knows where I can buy this in Germany. I want to buy a new one.
If I understand correctly this is the part
