NISMO Racing Radiator Cap maintains higher internal pressure for the cooling system than the standard cap (Valve opening pressure : 0.9kg/cm2 *1.2kg/cm2 for Z32). It prevents the coolant from boiling and vaporizing easily (the boiling point is approximatery 6°C higher than the standard cap's 0.9kg/cm2 threshold) and improves cooling efficiency. 21430-RS012

NISMO Low-Temp Thermostat opens its valve at 62°C (Standard = 76.5°C) except for VQ35DE engine. This promotes earlier coolant circulation inside the engine, reducing the power loss caused by high coolant temperature during hard driving at a racetrack. The valve opening temperature was set as low as possible just before the fuel enriching function for low coolant temperature triggers. SR20DET: 21200-RS520

NISMO Racing Release Fork Pivot - If the racing clutch is fitted on your car, standard release fork and pivot are too weak for the clutch operating pressure, and as a result, release pivot will be broken.

NISMO Solid Shift - By hardening the inner rubber of a standard shift lever, the amount of deflection is decreased. At the same time, the lever length was reduced by about 7.5mm, providing a stroke 10% shorter. This changes the rather soft touch of a standard car to much more precise, fast feeling. Also while the goal is to change to a quicker shift, an overly short shift stroke will result in poor, heavy shifting. Unlike a quick shift, the lever ratio has not been changed, so the transmission synchro is not affected and a moderately faster degree of shifting is possible. NISMO Super Coppermix Twin - A super-strong clutch that combines ease of operation with the ability to handle allowable outputs of more than 600ps-this was the concept behind the development of the SUPER COPPERMIX TWIN. NISMO first used this concept to develop a carbon twin product, a process that took two years, but the low ? of carbon facings meant that they could not provide the performance of COPPERMIX. Over the next year and a half, twin plates using COPPERMIX were developed. NISMO Super Coppermix - The strongest single clutch, able to handle the 420ps SR20DET engine while also providing easy operation. This is the development concept behind the SUPER COPPERMIX. Using a 240mm size COPPERMIX disc and aluminum cover combination allows stable transmission and cooling performance. Based on an evaluation conducted by NISMO on several models including those of other companies, it was decided to use the 240mm size disc to prevent the drop in performance that occurs when a small diameter disc is placed under a high load. The high power handling single clutches of other companies combine a high application pressure cover with a small diameter disc, but when doing so they just divert a disc from a multi-plate clutch and set it at a high load. The 240mm size was selected to achieve excellent durability and ease of use. Equipped with a lightweight flywheel manufactured from special chromoly, the ideal weight has been provided to ensure torque. NISMO GT LSD Pro allows for the setting of three different initial torque values (LOW-MIDDLE-HIGH: 6.5-8.5-14.0kgfm) without getting the LSD assembly out of differential housing. This allows for easy change of initial torque depending on different driving style, tires, suspension settings or driving conditions. Also even when the internal parts are worn and initial torque force becomes weak, initial torque can be increased by switching the torque setting, not by overhauling the LSD. NISMO GT LSD Pro TT-model - Being based on Nismo GT LSD Pro, GT LSD Pro TT-model was designed to meet the needs of performance car tuners who use the cars for circuit time trials. The main feature of this LSD is 45° cam angle on drive side, compared to 55° angle used in other Nismo GT LSD series. This makes the LSD lock milder and reduces the resistance of tire drag (overload of the LSD) in race driving as a result. GT LSD Pro TT-model is recommended for the cars whose rear suspension member, differential mounting bushes and rear body are reinforced or upgraded as these factors tends to produce more resistance of the tire drag. The 45° cam angle almost completely eliminates chattering on the LSD and reduces unexpected motion changes, allowing the car to be driven comfortably on the street as well. NISMO Power Brace System 2 - On Nismo Power Brace System 2, tension rod brackets were reinforced with box type reinforcement and they were also linked together by welding a thick bar for extra stability.
As a result, it provides strengthened chassis, steering rigidity and improved steering response for well balanced driving feel as well as preventing wheel alignment change which is often caused by the lack of stability at hard driving.
Power Brace System 2 was designed not to stick out underneath of the chassis, so ground clearance will stay unchanged (Even original under-cover can be used as well.).
The tension rod brackets were designed to the same dimension as factory original ones, which means all the bolt holes are still at the same positions to be used with original tension rod setting as well as Nismo or other aftermarket brand's tension rods. NISMO Stabilizer - Reduces rolling and produces sharp cornering. Stabilizer is the strong steel bar linked to suspension arms to reduce rolling and produce sharper cornering. In cornering, the car tends to lean to either side, which is called rolling. This is because each suspension produces different stroke in each cornering. By making stabilizer stronger, the car will have less rolling because of more spring rate in stabilizer. Spring rate of NISMO STABILIZER BAR is best set to each NISSAN car and this ensures well-balanced suspension performance.
